Perhaps you also know the fine dine: it’s sophisticated it’s unique the service is impeccable the food unmatched and the cocktails! The cocktails made with exclusively esoteric ingredients like Dolin Genepy and House-Brined Castelvetrano Olives. And Detroit-style, yes Detroit-style… the pizza baked in blue steel pans with Wisconsin brick cheese and double-proofed dough invented by Anna Guerra's mother or a Sicilian woman named Connie Piccinato. All the homies at Misfit Joints said “hell yeah” so here we are, thanks to the Ridiculous Success of the ECLECTIC AND INVENTIVE waffles next door, with The Foolery, a “fine” dive Detroit-style pizza joint that might be a bar located at 10 Ionia Ave in downtown Grand Rapids. The pizza oven is very HOTT and the beer is very COLD and Netflix’s “Ultimate Drink Master” Lauren Paylor O’Brien made us some cocktails with names like FERARRI EXPRESS and PAMMY. “Long Live Le Fou.” Please come to either of our bars in Grand Rapids and say that out loud.
